Come and discover “The Apartment” Copenhagen, where Danish tradition meets modern Norwegian design. From the traditional layout to the contemporary crafted furnishings, this space epitomises the essence of Danish living through our Ask og Eng vision.
We created this bespoke home from scratch for a client and it is now one of our show spaces. Complete with a handcrafted A collection kitchen and bamboo furniture throughout.

The Kitchen
This A collection kitchen was meticulously designed to fit the historically narrow space of classic Danish apartments. By embracing the constraints and proportions ~ cleaver design solutions and custom-made elements were integrated seamlessly to elevate both functionality and aesthetics. The result ~ an inviting ambiance that maximises the room’s qualities to their fullest potential, and a harmonious blend of craftsmanship, practicality and warmth.
The Dining Room
The dimensions of this space beautifully complement the A10 dining table and A9 bench. By focusing on simplicity, to allow these key pieces to take center stage, creating a calming atmosphere that invites comfort and connection. The finishing touch is the organic shaped Raw pendant lamp which sets off beautifully against the clean lines of the bamboo furniture.
The Bedroom
This classic and timeless layout of Danish apartments with a master bedroom situated off the living space, entered through elegant double doors. The design of the master bedroom seamlessly integrates complementary colours and materials creating an extension of the living area. Embrace a cohesive flow throughout the home.
The Livingroom
We designed the living space to be a harmonious blend of textures and earth tones that create a beautifully cohesive room. Filled with natural light and original features, this area connects seamlessly in perfect balance. The warmth of this space enfolds, as you explore the many thoughtful design choices and details. The highlight of the space is the custom made A2 box shelf that is practical and works as a beautiful display area for treasured items.
The Children`s Rooms
These imaginative children’s rooms where individual personalities shine through playful design elements. Each space showcases a unique identity while seamlessly blending with the overall home aesthetic. From whimsical wall art to vibrant colour schemes.
