Refund and Returns Policy
All of our bamboo custom made doors/kitchens/furniture is especially made for you, and is therefore non-refundable. However, we are very concerned with you being happy and pleased about your newly purchased product, so we offer to send you a sample of the items you are interested in.
When you make a purchase from our online store, the distance law is applied. The distance law gives you, the customer, the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you received it. However, please note that most of our products are excepted from the distance law, which means that they are non-refundable. Please read more below.
To send a return you need to make sure that
– The goods are unused and undamaged.
– The goods are packed in the original packaging, with all original tags.
– The goods are well packaged, as Ask og Eng is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment.
When purchasing a product that is not in stock, custom made, ordered or otherwise, the distance law does not apply. This means that they are non-refundable.
This applies to most of our furniture, most of our lighting, and all other curated objects. Please email us for further questions.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
